Active

Active clubs are those which have fulfilled the requirements of Club Oversight Organization, including active membership and attendance at BelCon. Each active club is required to register through the Office of Student Activities by the mid-term break of each semester. The registration process provides BelCon and Student Activities with important information, especially who is allowed access to a club's account. Clubs that have not yet registered are noted in red text next to their name. A club leader may click this notice to access the registration form.

Trial Status

Clubs on Trial Status have been granted preliminary status by Club Oversight Organization and given a 12 week trial period in order to ensure their legitimacy before being considered a full, active club. Trial status clubs are also required to register each semester in order to keep their club information up to date.

Status Probation

Clubs on Status Probation are under sanction by Club Oversight Organization. Those seeking more information about the terms of the sanctions -- including how to remove this status -- should contact the Club Oversight Organization chair.

Proposal Submitted

These clubs have been proposed but not yet approved by Club Oversight Organization.
