There is poetry, collages, journal like entries, and reflections of the world around the two authors. Camilla?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s half features work involving Rome and her ex-boyfriend. The zine is tiny and they have to pack a lot in a few pages, but it could be a good read on a busy day. |

| Learning to Fly | Erika | |
| Description: Learning to Fly is a powerful zine that reflects on the authors long history of child abuse. She opens up in hopes of helping all those who read this zine. It is as much about awareness and healing as it is about her story. It is not recommended for those who are sensitive about this issue and physical abuse in any sense. But is an amazing resource for those looking for support or advice on how to support someone going through/recovering from something similar.

| Thoughts on Technology (Fucktooth #24/Spectacle #5) | Jen Angel and Theo Witsell | |
| Description: I thought this zine was going to be whiney from reading the first few pages and the introduction, but I was wrong. Thoughts on Technology is really a good look at the technology that has invaded our everyday lives. Jen and Theo strive to not make you stop using products but instead to question how much they are necessary in your life. I liked it. |
| Thoughtworm | Sean | June 2002 |

He covers everything from getting rid of clutter, his addiction to records, and has an interview with a zine librarian named Greig Means. He also includes a number of zine recommendations in the back, and kids if you like zines take him up on these. Enjoy. |

| Touched by an Anvil #12 | Compilation | |
| Description: This zine?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s visual compilation is one that is not often used often enough in my opinion. The text is handwritten and is pasted onto interesting backgrounds, one even featuring the main character of Ants. It is full of short stories, memories and comics.
|

| Verbosa | Heather Lynn | |
| Description: am going to use Heather?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s description to start off this review, she calls her work, ?¢‚Ǩ?ìcontagious fiction?¢‚Ǩ¬ù, which is perhaps an accurate description of her work. The zine consist of five short stories that were written in 2000. Her introduction is one full of passion that should inspire you. Pick it up and feel free to disagree with me. But all you creative writing types should try it for heaven sake. |
| Veterans with Wings and other pension poems | Michael Chusid | |
| War Making and State Making as Organized Crime | Charles Tilly | |

| What You Should Know Before Joining the Military | | |
| Who are the Capricorns? | The Capricorns | |
| Description: I am going to start this description/review off by saying that I didn?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t like this zine very much at all. It is in fact one of the worst zines that I have ever read. It is a self-promotional zine that was made by the band to help us the readers get to know them better. I, however, felt like their attempts by showing us their answers to a Cosmo quiz and a quiz they made about themselves was not successful. That said, if you know them, you might like this zine. If a member ever reads this review ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äú let me know what you think by dropping me a line and I am sorry I just had to be honest (KL) |

| Why We Cant Prevent Cancer | Peter Montague | |
| Women and Abortion | Rosalyn Baxandall | |
| Xtratuf Issue #2 Salmon Season 1997 | Moe | 2 |
| Description: This is one of the most famous zines around, if you have seen the film $100 Dollars and A T-Shirt, you met Moe the author. She is a commercial fishing woman in Alaska who talks about her job and how hard it is to be one of the few females out there on the boats. My favorite section of the zine comes into play when she discusses the ins and outs of living in an Alaska town and what kinds of characters live there. I love this zine and am honored to have a copy of it in our library. |
| Yesterday's fishwrap could be today's oracle | John Gerken | |

| You Can Work Any Hundred Hours A Week You Want (In Your Underwear)!! | Joe Biel | |
| Description: This zine is the history of Microcosm Publishing, perhaps the biggest zine distribution company in the United States. Joe talks about starting the company off dispute being continuously told that it was an impossible way to make a living. If you like Microcosm this is a great way to learn more about the company. It is also a useful tool for people who are interested in perhaps starting their own distribution company. |
